Guest: Guest shall mean and include the person occupying the room, any occupant, or any visitor to the hotel.
Tarff: The rate on the registration card is for Room only per night exclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Resident guests should obtain the “Key Card” from the Reception.
Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation. Cheques are not accepted.
Company Lien on Visitors Luggage and Belongings: in case of default of payment of dues by the guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage & belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the date of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the guest.
Departure:” CHECK OUT time is 10 AM. If you wish to avail late checkout, the same can be extended on payment of charges as applicable.
Visitor’s Belongings: Visitors are requested to lock the doors of their rooms when going out or when going to bed and not leave the key in the key-slot. The Company will not, in anyway whatsoever be responsible for the loss of resident’s goods and any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whatever due to neglect of hotel staff or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. For convenience of visitors Safes are available in the guest rooms to ensure the safety of any valuables.
Hazardous Goods Storing of cinema films, Raw and Exposed or any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature in resident rooms or store is strictly prohibited.
Damage to Property: Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
Management Right; The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Hotel premise and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default Management will be entitled to remove the luggage of the visitor from the room occupied by him / her and lock the room.
Relation between the Company and Visitors: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of Tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of Hotel Prerinses.
Government Rules and regulations: Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules and Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
Governing Law Substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Amendment Rules. The Management reserves to itself the right to add to or amend any of above terms, conditions, and rules. 16. Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms al night after 2000 Hrs.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the Property.
Car Parking: Car parking is at owners’ risk.
Outside food: Outside food and drinks are permitted within reasonable limits. Raw materials / cooking is not permitted in the room / common areas.
Lost Keys: All keys issued must be returned in the same condition. Any Loss or damage of keys will be charged at ₹. 150/- per key.
The decision of the management shall remain final and binding in all cases.
Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
The card used during the transaction must be present at the time of check-in or a masked copy of the card must be submitted at the reception with authority from the cardholder if the cardholder is not present.
Smoking and / or drinking is prohibited in all common areas of the hotel including but not limited to common passages, restaurants, lounge, swimming pool area, health club, parking areas, etc.
Allotment of rooms requested by customers is as per availability and on best effort basis. The management does not guarantee the allotment of rooms on the basis of requests / preferences of guests. No requests for refunds / cancellations shall be entertained on account of inability of the management to allot rooms on the basis of customer requests / preferences.
GST Invoice: A GST invoice will be provided on request only in the name of the primary guest, subject to the GST registration certificate being provided to us at the time of Check In. It will take a minimum of ten working days to provide the invoice.
Every additional person beyond two persons are chargeable irrespective of the room category, age of the person or whether they have taken an extra bed or not. We can allow a maximum of 03 people in any room.
Please note you will be charged 100% of booking amount.
