At what time can we check into our room? Our standard check in time is anytime after 12:00 Noon.
What are the documents required for check in ? Each person checking in must provide a government issued photo identity card (eg: Driving license / Adhaar Card / Passport) at the time of check in, irrespective of their marital status
What is the checkout time? Check outs are till 10:00 AM
Can I get my room before to the standard check in time? This is subject to availability and payment of applicable charges.
Can I keep my room after the standard check out time? This is subject to availability and payment of applicable charges Typically extension up to 4:00 PM is charged at 50% of the room tariff for the day plus taxes thereon.
Is there Wi-Fi in every room? Yes, we have WiFi, however as this is outsourced, there may be outages, though not very common.
Will check in after the standard check in time entitle me to a delayed check out.? No, please refer to FAQ 5.
Are meals included in the tariff charged? One breakfast and evening tea is included per guest per night, subject to service timings.
Is there an inhouse restaurant? Yes, we have restaurants in addition to multicuisine food court in the adjoining building. In addition to these options, we also have room service option.
Do your rooms include a workspace? Yes, we have a desk in all the rooms.
Is there an lift in the hotel? Yes, all our rooms are accessible by lift
Where can we park our vehicles? Parking facility for our hotel guests is available within the hotel compound.
Can we bring our pets? We do not allow any pets on our premises.
Can I request an additional bed for a third person? All our rooms can accommodate a folding bed, on payment of additional charges. The additional charges levied include Bed, Breakfast, and Evening Tea. We can accommodate a maximum of 03 people in any room.
I own an electric car. Can I charge it at the hotel? We currently do not have an electric car charging station
Do you serve Non-Veg Food? We serve Chicken and Eggs in in select outlets / restaurants.
Do you have a swimming pool? Yes, we have a small pool as well as a baby pool
What do you have for leisure? We have a 3 screen multiplex, a small retail store, board games, outdoor games, indoor games, 2 game zones for different age groups of children, a video game arcade, escape rooms, etc. Standard charges as applicable. – a comma needs to be inserted between the words ‘store’ and ‘board’.

Are your rooms accessible by wheelchair? Yes, all our rooms are accessible with wheelchair and have lift access.
Do you have arrangements for specially abled guests? Yes, standard arrangements for specially abled guests are available. Specific requirements would need to be clarified in advance.
Do you have room service? Yes, limited options are available in room service, with a service time of about 30 mins. Room service menus are placed in every room.
Can I get a GST invoice for my stay? A GST invoice will be provided on request only in the name of the primary guest, subject to the GST registration certificate being provided to us at the time of Check In. It will take a minimum of ten working days to provide the invoice.
What if I need to cancel my booking? WIll I get a refund? 100% refund in case booking is cancelled more than 3 days prior to the date of check in. No refund in case booking is cancelled within 3 days of the date of check in. Refunds if any, on account of cancellation (as per applicable policy) will be remitted through the original mode of payment after deduction of transaction charges. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Is the breakfast a buffet? Not necessarily. You may need to pre order it the night before.
Do you provide accommodation for Driver / Maid / Personal Staff? No, we do not provide accommodation for Driver / Maid / Personal Staff at the property. They are not allowed to use the common areas / amenities meant for our guests either.
what documents do I need for check in? For Indian Nationals: Valid Government ID Proof with address:- All Indian guests must present a valid Government-issued photo ID with address at the time of check-in. (Eg: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport)
PAN Card is not accepted for check in as per Govt. regulations as it does not have the address. All Foreign Nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa at the time of check-in. The passport must carry the stamp of the Indian Immigration Authorities showing latest arrival date. In addition, they will be required to provide details as required for Form C to ensure compliance with FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) regulations. Please note that check in cannot be allowed till the above mentioned formalities are completed.
Can a person under the age of 18 check in? Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Valid age proof is required.
