Hotel Policies

Child policy

  • Only one child above five years will be allowed in the parents’ / same room on payment of charges as applicable.
  • Charges applicable for children above 5 years even if accommodated in the same room.
  • Children over the age of 12 will be treated as adults and related charges will apply.
  • One additional single bed maybe accommodated in a room, depending on the room type.

Cancellation policy

  • 100% refund in case booking is cancelled more than 3 days prior to the date of check in.
    No refund in case booking is cancelled within 3 days of the date of check in.
  • Refunds if any, on account of cancellation (as per applicable policy) will be remitted through the original mode of payment after deduction of transaction charges.
  • Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refund policy

  • Refund will be initiated in 10-15 days after cancellation

Check in – check out policy:

  • Check-in time 12.00 Noon. Check out time 10.00 A.M.
  • Guests are required to provide a government issued identity proof having complete address of the guest, at the time of check in.Requests for specific floor, room number, view, extra bed, etc. will be on best effort and first come first served basis.
  • Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time.
  • If you would like to check out later than the standard check-out time, please contact the hotel in advance.
  • Check out beyond the standard check out time is chargeable as decided by the management.
  • Check-in is subject to valid photo ID for all guests including children above 5 years School ID / Birth Certificate is accepted for small children

Restrictions

  • As per the law, smoking and/or drinking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants and bars / lounge, swimming pool and Health club of the hotel.
  • Smoking rooms can be provided upon request while making the reservation (subject to availability).

Other policies

Extra Bed Policy: One additional single bed maybe accommodated in a room, depending on the room type.

Payment policy: Full payment required in advance for confirmation of booking. Bookings will be on first come first served basis. Please read our cancellation policy and terms and conditions prior to booking your stay.

Valuables: A safe has been provided in your wardrobe for storage of valuables. Please use this as per your requirements. The Hotel is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

Pets: Pets are not allowed anywhere on the Property

Car Parking: We have ample complimentary parking on our property for our guests. No prior request for parking is required. Car parking is at owners’ risk.

WiFi: Complimentary WiFi services are offered to guests in their rooms. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please ask the reception. We request your patience and indulgence if the network is down due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing policy: The prices mentioned above are basic prices and excluding all current taxes. GST as applicable will be charged extra on these rates. This is subject to change without prior notice. Rates include fixed limited breakfast.

Personal staff, including drivers: We do not have accommodation for personal staff etc. at the Property. They are not permitted to use the Guest facilities and Common Areas.

Outside food: Outside food and drinks are permitted within reasonable limits. Raw materials / cooking is not permitted in the room / common areas.

Lost Keys: All keys issued must be returned in the same condition. Any Loss or damage of keys will be charged at ₹. 150/- per key.

Pool Rules: Guests are welcome to use the pool between 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Use of Swimming Costume and Caps is mandatory. Please shower before entering the pool. Use of pool by guests is at their own risk and restricted to residents only.

Breakfast: May be need to be pre ordered the night before

Non resident guests / visitors for resident guests

Outside Visitors for In-House Guests:

To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all our guests, the following visitor policy must be strictly followed:

  1. Mandatory Visitor Registration
    All outside visitors meeting in-house guests must register at the Front Office before proceeding to the room. Entry in the Visitor Register is mandatory and must include:
    • Visitor’s Name
    • Contact Number
    • In-House Guest Name
    • Room Number
  2. Visitor Timings
    Visitors are permitted only between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and may stay for a maximum duration of 3–4 hours. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 8:00 PM.
  3. Overnight Stay Policy
    Overnight stays by visitors are strictly prohibited unless the visitor is registered as an additional guest. Applicable extra person charges will apply accordingly. Unregistered overnight stays are not permitted due to safety and security reasons.
  4. Responsibility of the In-House Guest
    It is the responsibility of the staying guest to accompany their visitor to the Front Office for registration. Bringing visitors directly to the room without informing the Front Office will be treated as a violation of hotel policy.and may attract penalties
